Food has been a passion for Chef Tyler for many years and O’Cajuns Catering has fueled that passion.

Chef Tyler Day is the owner and Chef of O’Cajuns Catering which began in 2012. He catered one of his first events at the age of 17 while still in Pro Start Courses at
West Monroe High School. Tyler is the youngest member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association in the history of the organization.  After graduation, Tyler has been accepted to further his passion by enrolling to Louisiana Culinary Institute which is rated #4 in the country.
